Re: Sale of Rifle to buyer from NJ??
It needs to be done through an FFL.
The new Jersey buyer must have a Firearm Purchaser Id. Card and fill out the N.J. Certificate of Eligibility.
The Certificate of Eligibility is a N.J. form. It can be downloaded from the N.J. State Police website.Crusader's local #556 South Central Asia chapter

If you're not shipping, meet at an FFL close to the border that knows what to do with NJ buyers. An FFL in PA will likely have a cheaper fee. Tanner's comes to mind as a shop that has a lot of customers from NJ so they are familiar. As previously mentioned, the buyer must have the FOID beg for permission card.

Be careful, knowing the Socialist Republic of New Jersey I could see them doing a sting to expose the over the border "loophole".
