You can be fired for just about any reason at any time. That's the nature of employment in PA.

I hope you have an LTCF.

Not sure what the "guns in the trunk" reference is, if you have your LTCF you can have handguns loaded or unloaded, and long guns just have to have any loaded mags in a separate container or separate compartment from the long guns.

As for coming into the store armed on your own time, the property owner can demand that you (or any other customer) leave at any time, for any good reason or any reason at all, except for a "bad" reason. "Bad" reasons include race, gender, handicap, and other statutorily-protected classes. Guns are not among them.

You can also be fired for any reason or for no reason (other than a bad reason), unless your job at the convenience store comes with an employment contract, which I'm going to guess it doesn't.

Best bets, in no particular order, are:
    - Don't talk about guns with this person.
    - Get a different job under a better boss.

I do not currently own any handguns, and I am 20 yrs old, so not LTCF yet. Just asking because I turn 21 soon, and plan on applying for my LTCF

You're carrying long guns in your car when you're not going directly between your home and the range?

Yeah, I had 2 long guns in the trunk, in a case. and ammo was in a seperate container. She assumed I drive around with loaded rifles, i guess? I tried explaining to her about firearm transport and she doesn't listen

I don't think you should be stopping. To and from the range only without a LTCF.

I'd look into transfering to another store since they're on so many corners.

Piggy back question, maybe just give me a link?

What is considered a separate container? Ann in a range bag in my trunk with the rifles in their own case?

You're in Philly... You can't transport firearms or long guns in your car or on foot AT ALL unless you have a LTCF

Or going directly to / from range which you are not.

Just an FYI.... You've been breaking the law
