About right. I've shot Double Star guns and they ran just fine. J&T makes their kits.
I taught Chuck Norris to bump-fire.

Re: double star lower?
I've shot them, currently own 2, and sold one to my brother for a total of 3 Double stars that I have owned.
They are just as flawless as any other gun, and if you have any questions regarding ANYTHING concerning AR's, they are a pleasure to deal with at J&T.
DS is good stuff. As to fair price, $109 is about average for a stripped lower. It's not a killer deal, but you aren't getting raped. I've seen them from $95 on a special month long sale, up to $130.
If you want something a bit different, check out Spikes Tactical and their "hk style" selector positions for just the price of shipping more.

I built a 16" carbine on one and I couldn't be happier. $99 delivered @ budsgunshop.com.
