Gun purchase in West Va.

I see a lot of people here talking about buying handguns from Cabella's in West Va. Can a Pa. resident buy a handgun in another state?

Yes and no. You could go and purchase one there but they won't give it to you. All interstate handgun transactions must go through a FFL. They will send it to a PA FFL for the PICS check and state police paperwork. It's the same process when you purchase a handgun on the internet.
