    Default CZ RAMI-P conceal carry

    Here's what I use for CC....it's a CZ-RAMI-P in 9mm.
It's been a great gun now that it's broken in! The CZ pretty much disappears while CC'ing due to it's size & light weight.....as a bonus, most Glock holsters fit. Works GREAT in a Bianchi Carry Lock or their IWB holsters!

This was another Cabelas special....on sale for $499 and got to use their "$150 off $500" coupon. A brand new CZ for $350 is a great deal!

Very nice. I always liked the RAMI. Glad to see it out there.

i picked up my rami a few weeks ago for 550 from buds. wish i had seen this deal. anyway, i have about 100 rds thru it when i rear adjustable sight came loose. I ordered 1 fix rear sight for 8.00 (9 for shipping) and it came it with out a set screw.

so far, i like the feel and the weight, fits both my sig pro 2022 and my Taurus 24/7 holster sort off. still getting use to the trigger. overall i like the gun.

I had a few FTF's, but found out that they were ALL related to the 14-round mags. This apparently is quite common for the 14 rounder's. A quick & easy change to Wolff springs & all is good! I never had an issue with the 10 round mags...100% reliable.

Funny story....I purchased the gun at Cabelas. I got home and found that I had (2) 14 round mags and NO 10 round in the box! I went right back up & got a hold of the gun manager. The display had the 10 round mag in it & that's how I decided on my purchase due to the concealability (with the 10 round mag). They went into the back & opened every box....got to the last one & that box had (2) 10 round mags! Apparently after some reading on the net, the RAMI will come however configured from the factory (strange!).

The manager gave me the 10 round mag....I went to give one of the 14 rounders back, and he told me to keep it for my troubles & that they will just send back the other RAMI to the factory! Nice guy!

As an update to the photo, the barrel (at the chamber) became really scratched up due to use. I soaked it in vineager for about 40 minutes & took all of the blueing off (it's a stainless barrel). I polished it to a really high shine with a dremel and jewler's rouge....it looks awesome!

After about 600 rounds, the trigger is really nice. The slide release is still a little stiff as is the safety, so I'll have to work on that some more. I'm liking this pistol more & more everytime I shoot it. I found some Sig holsters that fit it like a glove as well......

Wow that is a GREAT deal on that pistol Quad. I've had my eye on one of those for a little while. And for $350 that would have been too good to pass up. Good stuff!

    Were you on DSMTalk btw?

Nope....not sure what DSMTalk is....but I have a feeling I'm going to go look for it since I'm stuck at work and bored to death!

It was a great deal for sure...I see used ones going for much more!
The one curious thing that I see on the used ones.....they ALL have the 14 round mag in them! I just wonder if that's why people dump them off.....getting FTF's and FTE's with those mags?

I'm going to try to get out this weekend & shoot a few left over pumpkins with some 90g Hornady HP's I brewed up on the press...should be interesting!
