Corbin (sp?) rounds
Does anyone have any knowledge of these rounds, even the spelling of them. I heard they are one of the most powerful rounds for a handgun. Is this correct? If so why haven't I heard of these before? Any information would be appreciated.

Re: Corbin (sp?) rounds
The correct spelling is "Cor-bon", and it's produced by Dakota Ammo. Apparently, the ammo has a great reputation, but I don't have any first-hand experience with it.

Re: Corbin (sp?) rounds
Thanks, what is the deal with armor piercing rounds for handguns? I'm confused, I thought that the majority of rifle rounds pierce most armor. Why are handgun armor piercing rounds banned? I also didn't know it but I read that PA bans AP rounds, I thought that PA didn't ban any round?

Re: Corbin (sp?) rounds
There are VERY few handgun rounds, and probably no commercially produced handgun ammo that will defeat real armor.A bullet resistant vest is not armor.
