Phil Kline, Esq. PA Law Regarding Carry of Firearms and Use of Force
For those who are interested in speaking to a PA lawyer about Concealed/Open Carry Issues and the ramifications of use of force outside the home in defense of life, Phil Kline, Esq. has been contracted to do the legal section of an NRA Personal Protection Outside the Home class at Hellertown Sportsmens Assocaition.
As a service to PA shooters, Jason Shafer, the course instructor, will allow the shooting public to attend the legal section, which will include questions and answers, on January 12 at 1 PM for a cost of $25.

Phil is located in the Quakertown area, and has been involved in several CCW type cases.
He is listed as a firearms friendly lawyer on several sites I have researched.
Yet he speaks to the point with no 'fluff'
