I've done an indicated 120 on my motorcycle, and a GPS actual 121 in our 2009 Toyota Camry. It was still climbing when I got off it, amazed at that little 4-cylinder engine and transmission.

I've done an indicated 100 on my scooter a few times. I think that's the only triple-digit speed I've recorded while in control of a vehicle.
