Default RC Supreme w/Piggyback4 Help wanted

I am new to this forum, would appreciate any help in fixing a couple issues w/PB4. 1. casings seem to be ~3/16" out of sync w/sizer die & expander die(Machining misalignment??) . I have to babysit every case, everytime! i bought the press and 2 die plates seperately same issue w/2 of the 3 that i have tried. i called RCBS, they told me to send back plates to be checked. i will do that if i can't resolve it.
    2. i decided i would babysit so i could get some done when i discovered that the primer(strip)doesn't come up far enough to seat! (I have same issue w/Hornady LnL AP(tube fed, press is brand new!) i plan to call RCBS today to see if i can be walked through the repair of that. thanks to anybody that can help me. LB

On the Hornady. LNL AP You may want to check on the primmer feed. There is a small rod and cam, if the rod was bumped in shipping and the cam is miss aliened the primmer feed will give you trouble. The instructions will say this is Factory adjusted but it doesn’t take much to mess the feed up. The cam should run freely. Don’t bend the rod loosen the jam nut on the bottom of the rod and run the press up and down turn the rod a little till it Runs smooth
