Re: renewal notification
Thanks for the reply, I thought I had read that in the law when I applied 6 yrs. ago. I never rec'd a notice though from (lebanon County). I guess if you're the Government you can follow the laws you want!

Re: renewal notification
It's up to the Sheriffs Dept to send out the notice to renew (for resident LTCF's). I know that the Centre County Sheriff does send out the renewal notice. I do not know who is responsible to send out the notice for non-resident renewals. I will talk to the Sheriffs office and see what I can find out.

Re: renewal notification
I've gotten a renewal notice right on schedule as long as I've had a LTCF in Lebanon.

Re: renewal notification
I believe that when I 1st got the permit that I had read in the law that it was required to send the notice of expiration and don't recall it differentiating between resident and non resident. I haven't had the time to find the law and look as my net connection is way to slow at home.
It's not all that important to me now, I'm just shocked that I didn't catch the exp. for a year, I'm usually goodabout keeping up with such things! Too much going on in the past year with sickness & death in the family I guess.
Thanks for the replies!
