    Default Jury room converts

Well this is my week in HELL, jury duty, this is why they do not let guns in the court house, those stuck on Jury duty would be offing themselves out of bordum.
Anyway I linked up with a few of the others and we went to lunch together, the conversation turned to guns and carrying. I did get to educate 4 of my fellow jury members that open carry is indeed legal, and even though the Sheriffs office would rather you not find out it is legal in PA to open carry.
Well after lunch I must have inspired 2 others who were at the table, because they went to the SO in the court house before returning from lunch and picked up LTCF application that they will be turning in tomorrow.
So 4 days in HELL was not wasted after all, and I will be giving out some flyers to those I spoke with as well.
    RIP -The US constitution.

Rep to you for the converts!

Are you allowed to take anything to jury duty? (I have yet to be called.) If so, take a big stack of gun flyers. You'll be able to educate those around you and you have a good chance that the public defender will toss you since you are both pro-2A and educated. A double threat to any defense team!

Rep to you for educating those around you. Nothing like turning a miserable situation into a positive experience. (and I've never been famous. My story was just well told by the right reporter. He actually won an award for his article.)

We are not suppose to talk politics, but that does not stop anyone, we are allowed to bring things in to read, if you happen to leave what ever you were reading around for others than oh well.

I would argue that there is a HUGE difference between "politics" and "civics."

Depends on who you are talking with. I personally agree with you, but some have their minds made up and do not want to be confused with the facts.
Unfortunately that seems to be the way in America today.

I hope if it's a drug or other consensual crime you will find the defendant not guilty as is your right regardless of what the law says.

As for things to read, I suggest you print up a couple flyers, and print in red ink at the top "JURY ROOM DO NOT REMOVE". and forget them there when you leave.
