XDM 40
Guys,
I know i have been asking alot about the glock lately, but I went to a local gun store and they had the xdm in 40. I really like the additional rounds versus the Glock. I researched alot of posts on the forum, but I wanted to see if there was any recent feedback.
Thanks

Re: XDM 40
I love my XDm in 40. I have the black with the stainless steel. I have never had a problem with it. I find it very comfortable to shoot and carry. Plus it comes with a OC holster and a mag holster. Great gun and love it. PM me if you have any specific questions. Also I have the glock equivalent 23 (or almost atleast) and i like the xdm more. The glock is nowhere close as comfortable too shoot.

Re: XDM 40
The XDM is a great gun, but the Glock can have extended basepads that narrow the margin.
I recommend you shoot both.

Re: XDM 40
I've only heard good things about the XDm.
Check over at http://www.xdtalk.com, the official XD forum. They have everything and anything you need to know about the XD/XDm line.

Re: XDM 40
My opinion is the XDM is not worth the extra money. Personal preference is ones choice to decide between a Glock and XD. I own Glocks in .40 and 9mm. I've shot XDs in .40 and 9mm. The price difference was the deciding factor glock vs XD. When I went shopping for an XDM, I came home with a Beretta.

Which is better, the stainless steel or the black Melonite finish?

Re: XDM 40
Thanks, I figured SS would be better than something that is painted on. I want to get the Bi-tone SS/OD green. I think the green will look nice with my kilt!
