I saw this on instructables a while ago. Run time is about 2 hrs from what I remember. My LED light that I carry takes 3 AAA's and runs about 135 lumens (bright for a carry light I'd say). It was $25.

I couldnt afford a surefire atm, but was in need of a light for my car. So I retired my 60 lumens light to the car and put this one in my jacket pocket instead.

I was asking more if anyone knew a store that carried it, cause i would go pick one up today for a project if they had them at like Target or somesuch. Figured i have the day off so it would be a amusing $10 project for the day.

As someone noted on the youtube comments....why not retrofit light with LEDs instead of the energy hogging and potentially not as bright bulb? Wouldn't be bolt on but with some soldering and some slight modding it would last a long time.
