date/timestamp on thread
I would like to see each post stamped with date/time instead of 1 week, 2 weeks ago etc. I could have used this on numerous occasions but the only one that comes to mind now is on a thread about a pics denial. The original post says 1 week ago but I know it to be longer than that and the denial was just issued. Would be easier to just look at the original post to see how long it took the psp to deny rather than clutter the thread by adding an additional post posing an additional question most do not care about.
Another nice feature I see on some other boards is when you click on a persons username you can see when they last logged in. Handy if you sent them a pm or made a post you hoped they would respond to.
Neither of these are anything critical, just my thoughts. Feel free to tell me to go pound salt, lol.

Re: date/timestamp on thread
I went back and forth with this when I was configuring the board, what I ultimately decided on is that in most cases '1 day ago' is more useful than an exact date which one would have to look at closer and calculate.

Re: date/timestamp on thread
Every other forum I am on, it is the other way. I don't care to see the "1 Day ago" since that covers like 24 hours of a time span. When I am looking over it, I know when I visited last. So I want to see if I read that thread or not. Its hard to do when hundreds of them are listed as "1 Day Ago"
Don't know if that explained it well, but I would rather see it the other way.

Re: date/timestamp on thread
Date and time stamp would be nice, for convenience and what-not. But it's ultimately up to you, Dan....I can live with either one.
