Bendy straw? That's kinda silly. What you need is a length of tubing long enough that you can get a drink while you're behind the scope.

Just be careful when you drink. The change in weight distribution could mess with your sight alignment. Wait until AFTER the shot to get a drink.

I think the engineer behind this needs to reevaluate his design. Once the rifle gets fired, your going to end up with your favorite beverage all over your face from the recoil.

But, if you’re just a couch commando that never actually shoots a rifle you should be fine.

To engineer that accessory properly there needs to be an inertial dampening system to avoid spillage. Something along the lines of a gas charged oil shock with a remote adjustable reservoir, like this...

Then while we are at it we could add an interface that automatically updates facebook and twitter with the shots and kills of zombies.
