Didn't Vote today.
In my opinion today I, along with millions of other non-voters sent a message of pure frustration many of us have an undercurrent of disgust, distrust, and pretty much a complete hatred of the current process.
I am amazed when people feel like they are "Most American" today and when they feel that they have "made a difference" or "had their voices heard". Today, we the people of these united states (lower case on purpose) have once again decided to put our hand up and add another count to one of 2 potential rulers of the most powerful nation on the globe.
And our options are an 82 year old man who has flip flopped on so many issues that even he can't keep it straight and a con-artist who won't even prove he is eligible to vote, not to mention run for President.
WTF AMERICA!?!?! This is the BEST we could do? I'm blaming you stupid shits in the first few states of hte primaries, the ones whose voices actually mattered, YOU picked these two fucking morons as the BEST of the BEST? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?
Thanks to your complete lack of intelligence and foresight, your lack of understanding of the world and your ability to be easily influenced by pretty ads on CNN and MSNBC we now have 2 men running for office, and I wouldn't hire either of them to work with me on a daily basis... and we want them running our country? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?
No, Today, I, and millions like me have decided that our system has failed. I'm not "voting for the lesser of two evils anymore". When this country falls apart don't blame me, I'm a PA Resident, MY VOTE didn't matter when I was able to cast it, and I won't be held responsible for this electionLast edited by Dredly; November 4th, 2008 at 07:18 PM.
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Re: Didn't Vote today.
Why waste your time and ours to justifying not voting? Especially on a pro-gun website..
This is an important election. There's a solidly anti-2nd Amendment candidate that must be stopped. That's what made your voting important...and you dropped the ball, friend.Last edited by RoyJackson; November 4th, 2008 at 07:29 PM.

Generally this is better done by voting, and writing in Frank Zappa.

My dog "Ruger" is worried about the economy because Alpo is up to $3.00 a can. That's almost $21.00 in dog money.
Pray for our troops....and a little extra for our snipers.

Those who do not choose their own destiny let others choose it for them.
But apparently you're OK with that.

Dredly is free to do what he chooses.
It is still a free country...at least for the time being.

Re: Didn't Vote today.
There are plenty of other countries in the world. Please feel free to move to one of them since you are so dissatisfied here. I'm sure they will pick the person that you want to rule.
