legality of municipal action against state laws and liability of those responsible

is there any chance that these mayors could be held accountable , legally/criminally for the mis use of public funds. the state law is the law if they want it changed do it in the state capitol not with the the tax payers money from these municipalities. when we elect an official is not their job to uphold and enforce laws? dint we elect other folks to help make/change/correct laws as the case may be. i think nutter should be sued by the taxpayers for the willful misuse of our money

every time one of these state laws are challenged by a municipal or county body they use taxpayer money to further their personal agenda. unless it is voted on buy the public what right do they have to bring suit against the state? i dont give a rats ass if the mayor or the city council/da/or whomever does not like guns . do like the rest of us do if we are not happy complain to your state reps and let them handle it in harrisburg
