Nice 6920, but I'm not a fan of those handguards. I think a drop in rail system is the only way to go, but that's just me though

MOE

I have a MOE grip on my middy, and I love the fit, so I figured why buy a MIAD just to adjust it to the size of the MOE. I keep a field repair kit in it.

I prefer the MOE too. I ordered a MIAD from Del-Ton at the start of the Panic of '08/'09, and it took forever to get to me. While I was waiting, I found a MOE at a show. I used it for quite a while, finally, my MIAD arrives.
Turns out I like the MOE better anyway.

I thought about it. I also thought about a 6940. but:

1) I wanted the weight savings
2) I only need to attach a light
3) They are cheap enough to try out and run them to see if they fit the role or not.

That is true, if you are interested in a DI rail the DD Omega is very nice and adds very little weight over the double heatsheild M4 HG's.

Plus Bravo has them on sale for 199.00 which is a steal, and did I mention they are made in FDE also.
