Veterans section?
I agree about the LEO section....my wife is a LEO and she agreed....but would a Veterans section be okay?....be cool to thread with some vets about different training/weaps/conflicts....might even run across some old "battle Buddies".......just a thought and no offense taken if the group is not for it.....some level headed points were made in regards to the LEO section.
Thanks

Re: Veterans section?
I think a vets section would be wrong or right for the same reasons for an LEO section.

Re: Veterans section?
I don't think it would be too popular as I've seen on other forums. I would support it though.

Re: Veterans section?
davem55, not firearms related, but what rate were you?, I can't tell by the photo. Looks like Shopkeeper? (that may not be the right term, sorry). Great Lakes is where my passion for handguns began....after quals on the .45 I was hooked. First handgun I ever fired. Thankfully being in the Ordnance rate I could follow that passion in my work as armorer, rangemaster, small arms instructor, SSEW, SSET, JEST, etc.....I miss it terribly! no more free ammo or cool weaps to play with (gets expensive building/buying your own!)

Re: Veterans section?
I have a lot of respect for veterans but for the same reasons the admin mentioned in not having a LEO section I disagree with having a vets only section.
An enemy of liberty is no friend of mine!I do not owe respect to anyone who would enslave me by government force, nor is it wise for such a person to expect it!

If you think you have the right not to be offended. I suggest you promptly purchase a toe attachment and a twelve gauge. One time use is all that is necessary.
