Smith & Wesson M&P-15T Opinions?

Heya, I am trying to find a platform for an AR that doesn't use the traditional iron sights of most AR's and have found this for $1299 at my local gunshop. Anyone have an experience with S&W AR's? Most web reviews rave over them. Just seeing if anyone has any firsthand experience.

The Smith and Wesson is made by Stag. They are good rifles and the T version uses all troy Industries rails and sights.

if you want to scope it build one with a low profile gas block

and a free float hand guard.


just so u know the front triangle front gas block isnt noticeable threw optic if you have the right height on your rings

the smith is made of stag/CMT parts and has a lifetime warranty

a AR15 inst cheep you get what you pay for.

bushmaster has the ORC optics ready carbine, and there are ORC uppers floating around the internet for sale from the tax sale bushy had. buy one of those for around 400 to 500 hundred and then buy a complete lower and your all set

I put a downpayment on it. The guy was telling the other guy to order more quick, they price went up 60 dollars. Lucky I got in as cheap as I did.
