Is Western MD gun friendly?
I know MD is off limits for just about anyone wanting to carry, whether for a resident or non-resident all thanks to eastern MD. But Western MD is very rural, lots of hunters, is that part of the state more open to giving a permit to a resdient in that area than someone who lives in Eastern MD that has a snowball chance in hell? Just curious if they're more lax in Western MD like Frostburg and Cumberland?

Re: Is Western MD gun friendly?
But wait! There is another thread on here that links to MD's governors office and on their comments page it says they "regularly" and "routinely" issue concealed weapons permits to its citizens. So there's the answer to your question, they indeed MUST be gun friendly...
