Primae Noctis
I read online today that if the government health care bill is passed, Obama or any member of congress can have the right of ius primae noctis! Oh, that must be true. Hide your brides boys! To arms, to arms!

If I were married to a Yeti, I expect that I'd be looking for some strange, too.
And wasn't that the downfall of the Charlton Heston character in The Warlord?Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

Re: Primae Noctis
Primae Noctis refers to the alleged feudal belief that it was a lord's prerogative to deflower any virgins living on his lands. The night of the wedding, the lord would swoop in, claim Primae Noctis and have his way with the new bride. From what I understand, there's some controversy about whether such a practice actually existed or if it was just legend, but there you are.
