    Default Resicprocity page

    http://www.pafoa.org/law/carrying-fi...ry/reciprocity

Could the limitations or special handling requirements for states that do not honor a PA LTCF be provided in addtion to the data for green states so that members that have to travel through those Red states have a reference to know what needs to be done until they pass through that state and are again in a state that honors our LTCF or has open carry?

Bump -- how about showing a "last updated" date and which states were added, deleted, edited, etc. so we know how current the page is? Thanks...

This should be added to answer the 'red' state transport issue:

18 USC § 926A. Interstate transportation of firearms
Notwithstanding any other provision of any law or any rule or regulation of a State or any political subdivision thereof, any person who is not otherwise prohibited by this chapter from transporting, shipping, or receiving a firearm shall be entitled to transport a firearm for any lawful purpose from any place where he may lawfully possess and carry such firearm to any other place where he may lawfully possess and carry such firearm if, during such transportation the firearm is unloaded, and neither the firearm nor any ammunition being transported is readily accessible or is directly accessible from the passenger compartment of such transporting vehicle: Provided, That in the case of a vehicle without a compartment separate from the driver’s compartment the firearm or ammunition shall be contained in a locked container other than the glove compartment or console.

It would be too difficult for us to track the various laws and changes to them for every other state. We have enough trouble just keeping up with our own.

The page has classically never been more than a few days out of date. It is almost always updated within hours of a change in agreements.

How about a side note about Native American reservations?
