GLOCK KARBOM
This is not a flame on the Glock something all should be a ware of:

My guess would be this was cased by improperly reloaded ammo.

Re: GLOCK KARBOM
Seems a little suspicious to me they were rolling film at exactly this instant.

Re: GLOCK KARBOM
It depends on the frequency of the accident, though.
Literally millions (probably tens of millions) of rounds get expended safely for every one KB...the camera was on just then, though.
Hey, I have no proof one way or another. It just seems statistically ...convenient.

Re: GLOCK KARBOM
Sort of like all those everyday people catching planes flying into buildings on NY?
Camera's come in cellphones now, and you can have a high quality digi-cam that captures photos and videos thats smaller than a pack of cigarretes. Cameras are everywhere nowadays..
Not to hijack the thread, just stating the obvious.Last edited by LorDiego01; October 16th, 2006 at 03:20 PM. Reason: woohooo! 400th post!

Re: GLOCK KARBOM
I think there is a comment there that it was reloaded in once-fired brass.

Re: GLOCK KARBOM
IMHO it doesn't matter. One of the primary reasons Glocks Kb is due to their design allowing them to fire out of battery.
As good as factory ammo is, the fact remains that a cartridge that slips past QC with a case out of spec for OAL or one that is poorly sized can create a condition whereby the slide won't be completely in battery and as stated previously Glocks *can* discharge out of battery.
Lest anyone think I'm a glock basher I assure you I'm not. In fact I own two, a 19 and a 17.
