New PS90
PS90 purchased 12/31 from Advanced Arms in Pittston, PA.
SureFire P6 LED Flashlight and M79 mount, also from AA.
Mil-spec rail from Promoted Pawn.
2 10 round mags (damn NY!) from FTF Industries. ($39 a pop, super deal.)
100 rounds of 5.7x28mm (SS197) from AA for $38. ($18.95 a pop, good price.)
200 rounds of 5.7x28mm (SS197) from Gunjoker for $48. ($12 a box, ridiculously awesome price!)Last edited by J Star; January 8th, 2009 at 12:45 AM.

Re: New PS90
I like the USG sight that came with it.
I'm thinking about an EOTech for my AR-15, if I ever get in all the parts to finish it. Buffer, Buffer tube on backorder, stock came in broken and had to be sent for replacement, and YHM is out of the rails I want. My BCM upper needs to have the gas block removed and replaced with a low-pro from DD, but I'm having issues with removing it, so waiting for the tools I need for that to come in. (And if those don't work, I'm dremeling it off!)

Re: New PS90
I was considering one of those, then I'd have it made into an SBR.
I ended up deciding against it for a couple reasons, but might be getting something very excellent in its place.

Re: New PS90
Yeah, I live pretty much right on the PA border too. Too bad the bottom dropped out of the housing market when my wife and I were considering selling and moving across. Maybe someday.
18.99 a box for SS197sf seems to be a good price, as a lot of places sell it for 21-24 a box. I've seen some sites that have $105 for 250 rounds shipped, though. That's not too bad.
I looked at 5.7 AR uppers for a bit, but I really have wanted a P90 forever. Besides that, for the price some places are asking for that upper, I could buy a Romanian PSL and shoot cheap surplus 7.62x54R all the time. (Which I may, in fact, end up doing...) Cheapest price I have seen on that upper was $549 at the Syracuse gun show. Of course, that's the only place I've ever seen an FN FS2000 for sub $2k as well.Last edited by J Star; January 7th, 2009 at 09:37 PM.
