Has hornady really stopped making the 123 grain v-max(.310")?? If so is there any place to get any? (hopin 'n' wishin with all toes crossed). I was really lookin forward to usin theese outa my mosin for assorted vermin. Also any thoughts on how they preform and possible substitutes.

kind of looks that way, the only .310 I could find in the new sale Mag is the Interlock 123gr,they only show the V-Max up to .308

I bought 123gr. soft points PRVI's from Midway ( or maybe Graf's ) awhile ago. they shoot great out of my MN's and Enfields. You may want to give them a try if they are still available.
