Quite good. I have Mec-Gar for my wifes 92FS, my P-85/P-95 and a few others. Good quality, and not a bad price.

Mec-Gar is the company that makes the vast majority of OEM magazines. Once their original manufacturing agreements expired they started selling their magazines under the Mec-Gar brand name as "third party" even though they are essentially the same, as in made on the same line, as the OEM. You will not have problems buying and using Mec-Gar.

Would one of the mods please sticky this thread? I keep seeing this question crop up.

    This.

I just bought six Mec-Gars for my PX4/CX4 Storm 9mm pistol/carbine set, and they are indistinguishable from the "blue pack" Beretta versions that sell for quite a bit more.

I beleive my kel tec has mec gar stamped on it. I have about six mags for my cz and the mecgar ones run better than the stock. Not that I have had problems with the stock ones.

I was told that some of the 92 factory mags aremade by Mec-Gar. The ones that we have for 1911, Browning HP and 92 all run fine.

They make mags for Walther and S&W too. Mec-Gar are good mags.. much better than US Magazines and ProMag's.

One of my Sig 226 mags has a large "Sig Sauer 9mm" on one side and "mec-gar made in italy" in fine print on the other. These are the one piece style, not the 'zipper back' style which are stamped SigSauer W. Germany..I think. Those ones are not on hand at the moment.

I didn't see much problem buying a mag that only had the Mec-Gar logo on it. Saves some money.

Ditto what everyone else said.....and I recently picked up some of thier 20 rounders for my 92 F and can say they are very nice quality, work fine, and have a great "teflon" like finish on them.
