Knew this one was in the works for months, Arkansas already honored ours even if we didn't honor theirs "officially", Now with this agreement its official on our end now as well. .

Glad they have finally resolved this. I raised the inconsistency between Pennsylvania and Arkansas' views on the status of our reciprocity a few months back. I've updated PAFOA's reciprocity page.

    Sweet!!

    Another one officially listed.

Pretty soon our $25 LTCF will be as valuable as UT and FL's big dollar licenses.

Why cant we have a system where we retain our LTCF just the way its, but if you take a safety class and a test you can get a mark on your LTCF that says so, and we can seek repricioty on licenses with an additional training clearance with those states that require it?

Nice to know, even though I haven't been to Arkansas since I left with my parents 3 years after I was born there...

Some states wouldn't want to discern between the +training v. -training LTCF's. Its bad enough that some states wont honor non-resident licenses of other states.

F' the states that require it... liberty before "safety".

How many states that we have reciprocity with require training? I ask because a guy I worked with lives in WV and had to do a two day course and it cost him something like $140 for it + the permit fee if I recall correct.
