are Comedy clubs etc legal to carry at... im not a drinker so id assume something like this might qualify as a bar.....my friend in Norristown like going to things like this and here in GA they are a no go....

There are no restrictions in the law of PA that prohibit carry in a bar or restaurant that serves alcohol.

To further that, not only are there no restrictions in PA on being inside an establishment that serves alcohol, ie; bars, restaurants, sports stadiums, private clubs, etc. There is also no restriction on drinking alcohol either.

You are allowed to drink as much as you please while armed CC or OC.

As already stated, your allowed to be in a bar while CC/OC and your allowed to drink while CC/OC.

Now state law is on your side.

The establishment on the other hand may not be. The owner gets the final say since it's his club.

So, CC and be happy.

I must point out that these clubs are private property, thus, they have rights and can exclude people from carry. If you should persist in carry they can have you arrested for trespass.

Carried into helium in philadelphia and had a few beers about a month ago.

you beat me to the punch on this - I was there recently and saw no signs barring OC/CC, nor did they have any metal detectors or patdowns to deter carry.
