PICS Denied Me A Transfer

I have a charge on my record that doesn't allow me to have firearms transferred to me.

Does this mean that I can't sell my currently owned firearms as well opposed to buying one?

Usually it means that you are committing a crime every day that you possess any guns.

I can't say that I'm certain, but it seems that if you can't have a firearm transferred to you, that's a pretty good indication that you're a prohibited person.

a technicality gave me a zap, and now I have a charge without a conviction

Statement stated that I couldn't make a transfer from a FFL to myself, because of a charge.

Lets just say that none sharp, none firearm a glob of metal got me into poop while I was looking into becoming involved with law enforcement.

I personally feel that my rightful liberty was harshly violated, and i did nothing wrong, nor did I have any intentions to do wrong.

If I said to much let me know it'll all be taken down.
