Creepy Gas Station Ghost Caught On Video

How many of you believe in ghosts? I do to some extent, I just choose not to acknowledge their existence...if that makes any sense! But this video made the hair stand up on the back of my neck! What do you think?

I'm not knocking the paranormal, I dont necesarily subscribe to those ideals myself, but I've experienced enough freaky stuff in my life to not make fun of it, however there are several things in that video that SCREAM fake to me.

1) The object does not cast a shadow nor is it reflected on the windshield/cars
2) No motion blur (low frame/low shutter speed camera)
3) The camera seems to not function correctly, just look at how the colors on the "newscaster" changes as she is standing there
4) The same effect can be achieved with off the shelf software, with little skill and little time.
5) I'm just not buying it!

Why isn't anyone studying this objectively? Covering the lens would hint whether it's an optical anomaly in the fueling area, or maybe cross-talk in the video cable. Or swapping the recorder to see if it's a recording head issue.
