Muzzleloaders & Flintlocks.
Am I correct in saying that I don't have to go thru a regular FFL to buy a muzzle-loader or flintlock rifles? I have a gift card for Dicks, the closet one is in Maryland. I'd like to go pick one up and get into muzzle-loading hunting for post rifle season if I don't get my buck (already got my doe).
Would it be permissible to go down and buy a muzzle-loader in Maryland and bring it back the same day? The way I understand it is that muzzle-loaders and flintlocks are not regulated by the ATF.
Side note: Made my 1,000th post, go me

Re: Muzzleloaders & Flintlocks.
I bought one when I was in Ohio at Fin Fur & Feather north of Columbus. No paperwork, pay the money and out the door.
