Rep for that sir! Well said. The funny thing is Pelosi has been blasting Bush as a failure and laying the blame for the mess we are in squarely on the GOP. Now that Bush is pushing for this Pelosi is in a tough spot since they are agreeing. How to explain that.

Pelosi: Well he has been wrong on EVERYTHING for the last 8 years and the GOP has been wrong for EVER. But now that we agree with him on this he is suddenly an enlightened financial mind and we should all follow his example and vote yes. But the Republicans are stupid and evil so we don't like them, but we will require a 51% majority of Republicans to support this bill so we can continue to blame them. When the shit hits the fan.

For me, at this point in time, I don't care they reasons as to why it was voted down or who it down, it was a bad plan and needed to be defeated.

When you rush into things half-assed and things are not explored or thought about or talked about thoroughly then the "finish" product will always be bad.

The Democratic party has been moving closer and closer to Socialism. That is one of the isms that I hope and pray no one wants.

The Republican party of the last 20 years with few brief exceptions has been moving closer to an Oligarchy. To many 'freedoms - rights' have been modified in the name of Patriotism.

The current Democratic congress is a farce. Nancy Pelosi could not find her ass with both hands. The Republican congress is a wandering herd of beef.
