Trap Range

I was looking around on Google Maps and found a small trap range:

It's close to the corner of Allegheny River Blvd and Route 8/Washington Blvd

Anyone know anything about it?

It looks like it is right across the street from the old Driver's License "Road Course". I think that Shuman Center is the large complex there on the hill. I also remember Pittsburgh PD having their academy up that way. That may explain the regular range, but the trap? Beats the shit outta me.
