Default 7.62 nato beside .338 Lapua please help!!!

I really want a picture to compare the two but for some reason low and behold the internet wont furnish one for me. I just want a picture of a 7.62 nato next to a .338 Lapua Magnum for a size comparison. If anyone can help or send a link, or anything I would greatly appreciate it..

This is pretty close. 300 RUM dwarfing the 7-08. The .338 Lapua case is a **** hair shorter then the RUM's a little fatter and has a bigger bolt face.

Thanks for the comparison. It seems like there is no such comparison online for some reason. Who would have guessed it. The reason I was asking was I was thinking for my next purchase (few years from now) buying an Accuracy International AWM in .338 Lapua Magnum. The reason for in a few years is that is how long it will take me to save up the cash lol.

The AI in .338 Lapua would be nice but, You could save yourself a ton of money by going with a 338 RUM OR 338 Edge in a Rem 700 action, McBros A5 stock and maybe a Krieger tube and get the same performance or slightly better with the Edge. Then put the rest of the money toward a Nightforce NSX or Lupy MK3. Everything about the Lapua is expensive.

you know your right, .338 lapua is expensive, maybe I should just keep my eye on the standard .308 from Accuracy International

That or you could look into a 300 win mag.

If you reload and like wildcats, the .30-338 is a good choice too. I like the .300 Win. Mag. myself.
