DC Appeals Court will not re-hear case

That means they accept the courts decision or go to the supreme court.

Well, it looks like we're going to get what we wished for. And I'll admit I'm a little scared. We just have to hope that if the SCotUS hears the case, they don't completely screw every American out of the protection of a God-given right because of their interpretation.
