    Question LTCF question

The question has been answered but ill leave this up for everyone to see.

I read about some people being denied their LTCF or just being denied to put in an application. Some have good reasons why they get denied, others have bad reasons and should not be denied because of it.

Now for my question. If you get denied for a reason that you honestly should not be denied for can you go somewhere else and sign up there? Or not?

Sorry for any confusion but I honestly do not know where everyone else can get their LTCF from. All I really know is that the sheriff deals with it and also for me I can go to the court house in Harrisburg and apply for mine when I am eligible. Which kind of helps with the first question, do I have to go to the court house or could I go somewhere else per say out of the county I live in?

You must apply in your county of residence. If you are denied for a bad reason, you can appeal to the Court of Common Pleas, but you can't go to a sheriff in another county.

No problem. The relevant law is here

I notice you are not yet 21 - don't drop off that application until you are 21 or you may be denied.
