help me make up my mind

i have remington 770 .270 i got as a warranty replacement for my 710. brand new, 450$ retail.

i would like a savage .270 WSM weather warrior w/ accu trigger and accu stock. is the WSM worth buying over a regular .270?

i can get 300 for trade at Miller's in Mill Hall, he priced the rifle for 700
---pay 400 for the rifle.

at J and E i was quoted 240 trade and 570 for the rifle.
---pay 330 for the rifle

i rather not spend any money, or as little as possible. is the 770 worth shooting?
if i was going to go and buy one, i'd get something decent, definitely not the 770.

The 270 Wsm will cost you a bit more in ammo price. and i dont think there is a lot of differnece in the two rounds. now if you like the savage rifle a little more then it would be worth it. i have a savage with the accu trigger and it is a great shooting rifle. I have looked at the rem 770 and was very disapointed in the general feel of the gun, it seemed cheap. i normaly like the remingtons but not that model.

I can tell that you do not like the 770, get rid of it , never keep a firearm that you despise.

The Remmy 700 and 7 are awesome guns as you know, get one or get the Savage, I have the Savage Weather Warrior in .308, Awesome Gun and at a Good price.
You will love the accutrigger.
