Welcome to the Emergency Preparedness forum
Due to recent events and the ingenious thinking of streaker69 who suggested it, we've introduced this emergency preparedness forum to help people share information that could help in the event of emergencies. Like say a global flu virus, just as one example.
I would strongly encourage everyone to use this forum to share information that will help each other and be very careful about sharing information that is more fear-mongering than informative.
Many people may be relying on forums like this to make serious decisions about life that affect themselves and their loved ones.
There is a wealth of knowledge available on this forum and it is an opportunity to help our families, friends, and larger community.
As of now all normal forum rules apply to this section, but we may reserve the right to adapt the rules generally or specifically as we see how this forum is used, we just wanted to get it up and running.

Re: Welcome to the Emergency Preparedness forum
If you have/know of an old thread where prepping was discussed, please send me the thread and I'll move it to here.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: Welcome to the Emergency Preparedness forum
I'd like to make a suggestion that's followed on some other boards that have similar themed threads/subs... NO POLITICS.
