Fingerpriting for licence to carry

Do you think PA will ever require fingerprnts? I am considering a Utah permit, but don't like the idea of having my fingerprint on file. On the other hand, if it becomes a PA requirement in the future, I might as well apply for the Utah licence now.

Get UTAH - gives you Del, Ohio and many others that PA does not!

In PA? I have mine since '89, never got fingerprinted.

As we have seen so often...different counties use different procedures
Here in Fayette Co, no prints.

My prints are already in the system due to a misunderstanding a few years ago, so I'm not too concerned.

Philly fingerprinted me. I thought that was the norm?

Philly does alot of shit that isn't "the norm" it's just "philly rules" alot of which go against PA rules. They do it because theyre dicks and the only thing you can do is take them to court. They know very few people have the cash for that so they do it anyway.
