Little help
I have an old Western Auto Parts, .22 Rifle. It is a Revelation 100A. I know it is junk and not worth anything. BUT, I am messing with it. I have been getting about 1 in 5 misfires, very light firing pin stikes. I want to replace some parts. I BELIEVE that the rifle was actually made by either Mossberg or Savage, and parts are available. Anyone know for sure. I saw a Mossberg today marked BSA for the boy scouts and it is almost identical.
Jules
P.S. thanks in advance for any info.

Re: Little help
It sounds like a weak spring but if the gun is an old barn gun and shows it, it may just be crap in the firing pin channel.

Re: Little help
Thoroughly cleaned it. Disassembled the bolt assembly. I got it for twenty bucks. I wanted to try my hand at a cold blue job, and messed around with the stock a bit. If I can tinker with it and get it to run fine, it will give me somethiing to do over the winter.

Re: Little help
I know the stock looks like crap, but I used some Minwax stain that I had laying around....
