    Default PA Transfer Question

    Does a person to person sale of an AR pistol require a transfer? Looking at getting a Sig MPX pistol, wasn’t sure the legalities behind the transfer of something like that

    Yes, it's a defined "firearm" and requires an FFL, except for a few narrow exceptions involving specific family members within the state, and inheritances.
