Multiple pistol uppers for 1 lower
I currently own one complete 16" AR rifle and one complete (finally - yay!) 7" AR pistol.
I got an email advertising a complete 9mm pistol upper.
I'm not looking for something like that at the moment, but it prompted the question:
I know a loose rifle lower and a loose pistol upper gets into "constructive possession", but as long as all my rifle lowers have corresponding rifle uppers AND I have a completed pistol lower, can I have extra pistol uppers without raising the ire of ATF?
What say ye?

Re: Multiple pistol uppers for 1 lower
First off. How the hell would the ATF know whats in your house unless someone turns you in or you do something really stupid ?
Secondly as long as you have 1 pistol lower any amount of short uppers is legal. Even if you dont have one. No law against it. So its defacto legal.www.Steelvalleycasting.com is your new home for coated bullets and custom ammo.

Re: Multiple pistol uppers for 1 lower
I keep a lower for every short upper i have, even if they are 80% lowers. no need to other than it gives an excuse to build more.
