    Hello Guys,

    I'd like to make sure if lethal weapon certificate (ACT 235) is recognized in all over USA or just in pennsylvania

    It looks like that is state law, but there are usually similar laws in other states. You'd have to check with the laws of each state to see if they have something similar.

    No. The Act 235 card is only valid in Pennsylvania.

    In general Act 235 is only good in pennsylvania but depending on the other state you would like to use it in rules you might be able to substitute it for their training. Then it would be just a matter of filling out paperwork and waiting to see if they will accept it.
