Default anyone else subjected to illegal search leaving Ross twp gun show

These cops Harassed Me Until I Let Them Search My BaG On sunday. It Was A Blatant Violation Of My Rights And Will Not Be Returning To Any PGCA Gun Shows In The near Future.

If they were working for the gun show, it wasn't illegal because if you read the fine print, one of the conditions of entrance is that they may inspect your bags.

The gun shows that I worked had a policy that if you brougt a gun in, it was tagged and if you were leaving with a gun, it needed a tag or a you better have a receipt. No receipt? You had to walk back to the vendor and get him to vouch for you.

What fine print? Does one sign a contract prior to entering a gun show?

If there's just something on a sign somewhere in a corner that doesn't empower the show's agents to search bags without the consent.

Not a violation of rights, just a violation of trust.

    Guilty until proven innocent.

Fuck PGCA and the Dick's above them!

If it's a condition for entry, I would think the most they could legally do if he refused would be to ask him to leave. Which he was trying to do anyway.

Doesn't stop people from shopping at Wmart and it won't stop gun owners from going to a gun show.
Hell, people would happily get fingerprinted just to get inside - the same people that shop at Dick's would anyway.

Bullshit. You never have to consent to an illegal search. Sure they can kick you out for refusing, but he was trying to leave anyway and they illegally detained him and then coerced him until he (unfortunately) allowed a search, all with no cause.
