Default later, for a week or so.....

headed to tampa for a few days to a week or so. leaving tomorrow afternoon/evening. might try to find some time to do the paper work for a fla ccw permit.

apparently they need a pipe welder (with some crazy mad skillz)down there, and they're aren't any good ones between there and here in pa

if i pull this off, there will probably be a trip west for me .

Fla accepts PA CCW....or do you just want the Fla card?

I taught Chuck Norris to bump-fire.

if i understand correctly, the fla card is good in quite a few states, were as the pa ticket is only recognized in a few.

    or maybe i'm wrong.

and yes i'am quite the welder(really, i don't blow my own horn often, but here it's true.)

    *edit*
after reviewing packing.org, a fla card is good almost everywhere.

Just remember in FL no open carry and printing is frowned upon, cursive is ok though

I believe the other big one is the 51% rule. No bars, but restaraunts are ok.

    Brian,

I'm heading to Cocoa Beach and Daytona this fri.

I called Airtran for clarification on how my ammo must be contained in my checked bag and the person I talked to couldn't figure it out. They essentially told me that ammo(less than 11lb) had to be in a container separate from the gun. I asked if this meant the locked pistol container and the locked ammo container can be in the same locked bag and she said she didn't think so.

I'll call another person tomorrow and have to call United for their policy.

Are you by chance one of my UA brothers?

i would have liked to fly, but have to much stuff to drag with. so it's road trip time for me. ''they'' encouraged me to take the mrs. with, so it's all good.
i flew on my recent excursion to wisc(yeap, my skillz are needed everywhere), and wished i had taken the truck.
