Question For Gun Show Vets
I am thinking of going to the upcoming gun show in Valley Forge. I'm I (as someone from the general public) permitted to bring firearms to sell? If so what documents do I need to bring with me?
Thanks!MOUNTAINEER NATION

Re: Question For Gun Show Vets
If it's a long arm (rifle or shotgun) you just bring it. Many people put a little flag in the barrel stating what it is and how much they are asking. If someone wants to buy it they will talk to you. If it's a go then they will give you the money and you will give them the gun.
If it's a handgun, you can still walk around and advertise it but when it comes to a sale you will have to find a FFL at the show who will do the transfer and PICS call & paperwork (on the buyer) or set up a time to do the transfer at a FFL that is agreed upon by both parties.
You really don't have to bring anything special with you. Now if it is some kind of antique or one of a kind, you would probably want to bring the documents that show the authenticity of what you are selling.Ron USAF Ret E-8 FFL01/SOT3 NRA Benefactor Member
