22 conversion w/1:7 barrel

I have a CMMG .22 conversion I use with my 1:9 twist bushy. Works great, reasonably accurate at 50yds. I'm planning on a new build with a 1:7 twist barrel and I was wondering how nuch this twist will effect accuracy. Anyone have any experience with this combo? thanks

The 1:7" should help if you like to use subsonics, especially the 60gr Aguila SSS ammo. It probably wont cause any accuracy issues with standard and hi-velocity .22rf ammo.

Faster twists may result in faster lead build up though. But that can be taken care of easily.

I run a CMMG in my BCM upper (1:7 twist) with no problems. At 25 yards, it is fairly accurate but what is acceptable to me may not be acceptable to you.
