    Default Just picked up the newest "baby"

    It's a Ruger mini-14 ranch gun. This one was purchased for DH, but once we get some extra cash, we'll get another one for me. (actually, we'll probably get the other one and then "trade" each other) Also went online and bought 2 3-packs of 30-round clips. next will be LOTS of ammo! Nothing like a new gun to make a girl's day!
    Guns are like shoes...a woman should have one in every caliber.

    I'm armed and menopausal...Excuse me, did you have something to say?

    Unfortunately, don't have any pics to post at the moment. Mybe sometime in the next couple of weeks I'll be able to get around to getting some pics of ALL of our "toys".

    As soon as I get some pics I'll try to get them posted. I'm not sure how to go about posting pics to the forum, so guess I'll have to do some research on that, as well as photographing the "kids". I need to get pics of everything anyway, for insurance purposes (have some OLD guns inherited from dad that are worth a few $s) so once I get them, I'll try to get them posted.

    Simple as this:
    1-Take pics.
    2-Take out mem. card, insert into uploading device OR* connect cam to PC.
    3-If nothing pops up, my computer>devices removeable,move pics to folder you wish,
    4-Go somewhere like here http://www.imageshack.us/, and after the pics are uploaded copy&paste code.

    A mini 14 is a nice gun. I have read that after market mags may not perform good in the mini.you can get 20 round factory ruger mags for it.And they are the most reliable
