    Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.82

    Slightly Left Libertarian.

I would have preferred less ambiguous question on a good third or so of the questions though. The economic ones were particularly vague. I'd place myself more as a economic centrist.

Strange that it didn't ask about the right to self defense.

i'm in the middle of the lower right quadrant...

which is where every american should be.

some of you fascist commies need to re-evaluate how your personal philosophies jibe with what america is supposed to be all about. or at least go back and figure out what questons you got wrong and learn the right answers.

seriously, though...it's interesting and sad (imho) that most world leaders (to use the term loosely ) are above the horizontal axis. human nature presents a fundamental problem: authoritarians seek power...libertarians do not.

thus, we tend to end up being governed by authoritarians.

I realize you are kidding there .. I know why I ended up to the left libertarian, because I answer all the sex questions like a liberal because personally I don't think the government should have shit to say about what happens in your bedroom, who happens to be there with you and I am also pro choice... now if that makes me a liberal libertarian (hell of a thing to say) then so be it.

those questions only place you on the vertical (authoritarian vs. libertarian) axis.

i answered those questions the same way you did.

the horizontal axis is purely determined by the economic questions.

i have taken this quiz before as well and i actually have issues with a number of the economic questions. i think the wording of some of them pushes many people toward the left (communist) of where they likely really are on the horizontal axis.
